A small but dynamic corporate law firm in the SCBD area is looking for a â€Å"Secretary/Administrative Assistant†and â€Å"Receptionist/Telephone Operator†with the following requirements:

SECRETARY/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT:

1. Graduated from a reputable secretarial academy;
2. 2 to 3 years experience as secretary or administrative personnel (preferably in a law firm or other consulting services, but not a must);
3. Good and fluent English is a must (interview will be in English and one of job responsibilities will be to manage communications with foreign clients);
4. Working knowledge (at least conversational) in other languages (Mandarin, Japanese, French or Indian) will be a highly regarded value added;
5. Good looking and well groomed, nice personality and energetic;
6. Has initiative and creative;
7. Single healthy female below age 25 will be given priority;
8. Having a positive attitude towards life is a must;
9. Willing to work hard and have fun doing it.

RECEPTIONIST/TELEPHONE OPERATOR:

1. Single healthy female below age 25 will be given priority;
2. Good and fluent English is a must (interview will be in English and one of job responsibilities will be to assist expatriate and foreign clients);
3. Minimum graduated from D1, and D3 is preferable;
4. Preferably with experience in the hospitality industry (Hotels business centre or front desk) or a service/consulting companies;
5. Presentable, good looking and well groomed, nice personality and energetic;
6. Having nice voice and good telephone manner;
7. Having a positive attitude towards life is a must;
8. Willing to work hard and have doing it
