The job description will be as follow:
Create business plan: sales marketing plan, profit and loss, and
capital expenditure
Liaise closely with Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH), especially
regarding financial matter, purchasing and tendering
Comply with all Corporte and Hotels standards and procedures
Assist General Manager, Corporate Marketing Communication, and
Financial Controller to develop or review rate structures and
conditions applicable to various market segments, based on market
feedback and condition
Assist with the development and performance reviews, identifying key
personnel for future development and structured career path
Ensure Grand Chapel events run sucessfully
Provide assistance to staffs, i.e. generate sales, handling events,
maintenance, and monthly profit & loss report
Develop and maintain a good working enviroment with all team members
