We have an immediate opening for the position as a MARKETING ADMINISTRATOR (based in Head Office-Jakarta) Job Summary The incumbent will be responsible for all marketing administration duties   Duties & Responsibilities: Maintain client database â€" ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date; Monitor selected print and electronic media daily and weekly for business opportunities and report to management; Support the development and maintenance of marketing materials (flyers, presentation, company profile,  etc); Support administrative requirements and ensure proposals/tender development are submitted on-time and are complete;   Requirements: Minimum Diploma degree in Marketing, Administration or other relevant subject from a reputable university; Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing administration, preferably in  the oil & gas or mining sector; Fluent in English both oral and written; Computer skills required: MS Office, MS Excel and MS Access; and Good communication, writing and analytical skills.     Applicants are invited to send a letter of application, detailed CV, and recent photograph.
