Purposes of the position include :
Manage smooth communication with internal and external customers
Coordinate and manage President Directors calendars, meetings, travel, expense settlements etc.
Ensure confidentiality of all information and correspondence
Manage expatriate immigration and accommodation matters
Coordinate travel and accommodation for regional and global visitors, including arrangement of events associated with the visit
The successful candidates individually should possess the following:
1. Female betweeen 38 - 45 yrs old.
2. A university degree from reputable university or secretary academy
3. At least 4 years experience in administration / senior secretary function
4. Exposure in working with expatriate and hands on with immigration matters
5. Fluency in English, written and oral
6. Effective communication and negotiation skill
7. Effective interpersonal skill
8. Computer literate
